I’m always excited to return to the Cox School of Business, full time MBA and PMBA program.  Thanks to Prof. John Schoen for having me out for the 5th year in a row as guest presenter.  John has a record 49 students this year!  Topics I will cover include:

• The challenge of centralized control
• Understand the difference between estate planning vs. succession planning
• The need for enterprising families to work continually at managing conflict
• Implementation of family governance structures and systems
